Audio Visual Programmer.
Ideal candidate will have extensive programming experience in supporting and maintaining equipment and systems for complex audiovisual and video teleconferencing solutions to meet government standards. Candidates should have extensive and varied experience in designing, installing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, and programming equipment and systems for conference rooms, video conferencing suites, operation centers, auditoriums, and other large scale venues.
Equipment to be maintained will include (but may not be limited to): Crestron, AMX, Extron, Polycom, Cisco, Biamp, ClearOne, QSC, Shure, Planar
Duties include:
• Programming of AV/VTC equipment and components
• Provide technical support, break/fix response, and maintenance solutions for AV/VTC equipment and systems of varying complexity
• Conduct testing and commissioning of AV systems that involve the preparation of punch list documents and follow up
• Plan, coordinate, and initiate client/end user training sessions
• Coordinate and conduct maintenance and inspection schedules with staff technicians
• Producing required data and reports to supervisor as needed
• Manage and coordinate varying tasks and timelines
• Maintaining existing certifications and security clearance qualifications
Desired Education/Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
• Crestron Certified Programmer; minimum 101; 201 and 301 greatly preferred
• Extron Certified Programmer
• Biamp or ClearOne; candidates with demonstrated experience will be prioritized
• Security+
